I was impressed with them locking my email account after noticing suspicious activity. I called when I got the notice it was locked. Was told a tech would call me back. About a half hour later they called, said they had investigated and needed access to delete the rules created and to help me reset my password and set up MFA with microsoft authenticator. It was handled very professionally and quickly.

Charlie was polite, personable, efficient, considerate, and helpful in setting up my work laptop. He knew answers to questions I didn’t know I even had, such as moving bookmarks from my personal laptop to my new work laptop.

My sound wouldn't work on Microsoft Teams. I told Ethan. He tested a few things and then reinstalled a faulty driver. Works great. He also fixed my monitor display.
