Emerson - AI Assistant - was able to connect me with Tyler Breitigam for assistance with my Teams Add-in disappearing from Outlook. Tyler was great and discovered I had two Outlooks installed. He deleted both and reinstalled Outlook and Teams. Issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Thanks for a great experience, Tyler!

A huge thank you to Charlie Van Cleve, Marcus Simpson, and Will Bowen for responding so quickly when my laptop went down and I was experiencing the BSOD! A replacement laptop was shipped out quickly and a special shout out to Will for going above and beyond to ensure that all my files, programs, etc. were transferred to the replacement laptop and I was ready to meet with clients! I always appreciate the way AJ researches the challenge I'm facing on my laptop before he meets with me. He wasn't able to resolve my problem, as Outlook has eliminated the feature on newer versions, and yet, AJ let me know why it had been changed.
