I felt like this ticket got misclassified. I was trying to determine why links from a MailChimp test appeared incorrectly in Outlook now that they all run through EdgePilot. The tech read it as an issue with spam, and by the time we got to understanding the issue, it was too far past the need to worry about it. So I am not sure if it is a bug that was resolved or if we will have the issue again.

Emerson - AI Assistant - was able to connect me with Tyler Breitigam for assistance with my Teams Add-in disappearing from Outlook. Tyler was great and discovered I had two Outlooks installed. He deleted both and reinstalled Outlook and Teams. Issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Thanks for a great experience, Tyler!
