Michelle was extremely flexible, accommodating, and patient throughout the scheduling process. She explained the work she was performing when I had questions. Michelle was very personable and warm in her communications. She was a joy to work with!

The AME tech successfully addressed my technical issue with a great deal of patience and professionalism. Each question I asked was answered with great clarity. The AME tech politely provided clarity on how to avoid this technical issue in the future. As a direct result of the guidance provided, a ticket has been submitted to AME to align my computer, email, and Xerox printer to successfully complete this task moving forward.

Michelle was wonderful. I called AME a few minutes before getting Michelle. The rep I first talked with did nothing. I just hung up and called again. Second time, I got Michelle. Though she could not get into my computer because my problem was that my computer wasn't connecting to the internet, Michelle stayed on the phone with me to trouble shoot some things in my house with the router. After doing all the things she told me to do, I was then able to get onto my computer. I wish everyone could be like Michelle.

I needed to change the phone number for dual authentication. The first agent didn't know how to do that and referred it to another agent. Tyler was able to make the change on the same day.
