I called in because I was having issues connecting to my Remote Desktop. Avery was very helpful and polite. I have NEVER had a bad experience with any of their team members.

Zabrina corrected the issue promptly and called me to explain what happened. She had me log out of Q360 and log back in and the issue was resolved.

Eric helped me get my new plotter drivers installed and the plotter working with my computer and the software I print from. He was very personable and did a great job getting my printer up and running. I also asked him about an issue I was having when closing out of AutoCAD and he was able to fix that issue for me also!

I was worried my email may have been compromised due to a phishing scam and fortunately there were no issues but I appreciate that the AME team member Eric Yardly was willing to look into it and put my worries to rest.

Fixed the issues, and gave a thorough explanation of the problem, and what to do going forward to prevent similar issues in the future.
