Very fast

I submitted a ticket because my mailbox was full and I needed to be able to send out some critical emails. I was able to receive but not send. I waited a bit for a call back, but then I needed to call in to see if someone could assist more quickly. I spoke with Eric, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, provided solutions and followed through and followed up. I appreciate his level of service and attention.

Aaron was great to work with. He contacted me and got on my computer and was able to resolve the issue by changing the camera's driver. I really appreciated his help.
