I had a glitch when submitting my new password and I couldn't get signed in. Ultimately, I fixed it before I had been responded too, but it was nice someone, Avery, did reach out and was willing to try and help.

Pat and Bob (peep on site) are the best. My only concern is that everytime we have office computer/wi-fi issue, as we call the OSC, different people calls the offc and help staff with different tech support people. Can you just have one personnel call the same offc next time if possible.Thank you.

I talked with an OSC service tech, Eric Yardley and he was very accommodating to my questions and issues concerning my scanner and loss of AME ticket agent. He spent about 45 minutes with me and researched my scanner problems and also made sure that my AME ticket agent completed successfully. 5 Stars!
