The issue was taken care of in a timely manner.

Eric helped me get my new plotter drivers installed and the plotter working with my computer and the software I print from. He was very personable and did a great job getting my printer up and running.I also asked him about an issue I was having when closing out of AutoCAD and he was able to fix that issue for me also!

Eric, Bob and Pat are always great.

I was worried my email may have been compromised due to a phishing scam and fortunately there were no issues but I appreciate that the AME team member Eric Yardly was willing to look into it and put my worries to rest.

Fixed the issues, and gave a thorough explanation of the problem, and what to do going forward to prevent similar issues in the future.
