My camera wasn't working during my teams meetings. I tried everything I could to fix the issue. You knew the issue immediately and had me slide the bar at the top of my laptop. I appreciated that you answered my call immediately and the resolved the issue immediately. Thank you!

The help desk Avery did a great job working through my issue. My only complaint is whatever policy AME has that requires operators to pick up a call before they are done logging their previous ticket is horrible. This is very unprofessional. I shouldn't be taken off of hold only to be ask to hold on again. If you're trying to improve call center response time metrics, you are sacrificing customer satisfaction in the process.
