The resolution of the ticket to install Power Point on the work laptop went well. However, this should not required a ticket as it's the type of activity that should have been handle prior to deploying a laptop to the office. Additionally, when I call support, the help desk answered to the phone so they could start the ticket, but then put me back on hold so they could close their previous ticket. I don't understand why they would even pick up if they were still finishing their previous work. This isn't the first time this has happened to me and shows sloppy work ethic on behalf of the AME group.

I was losing the connection over the last few weeks and on the weekend when i was trying to get thru a project for work, after losing it 4 times that afternoon, on the 5th one i could not get back in as it said the vpn network was down. It was a sunday evening and i called and and they got ahold of Brandon who got me back in and saw that i had a version of the software that did have some issues, so he made sure i was up and running for the night and we set up a time that week to update the system for me. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and was able to get it all updated in a short amount of time and i haven't had any connection losses since he completed the update for me. I am very happy that he saw the problem and was able to get me back up then that week after the Sunday issues occurred.

Microphone not working for Teams meeting. Per Tech found the microphone was disabled and fixed the issue.

Eric knew exactly what I needed when I called him. He knew the problem we were having and had the notes on hand for the resolve. 11-minute call that was simple, quick, organized and efficient.I am rating a 1 below based of my total experience with AME and not the experience I have had with Eric. He is 10

My email was not receiving new emails unless I closed it out and reopened it.It's not great that we have to wait so long to get help. not having someone on site makes it difficult.
