We were setting up our new ERP and specifically testing emails. In order to make it work, one of our email addresses needed a password. I contacted Keith, and he was able to come up with a solution in a timely manner which caused no delays in our ERP implementation progress.

There was a power outage and we were trying to move our customer service rep back to the IT area where power is maintained by our generator. The spare mini-pc that is set up there lost connection to our network and the tech I was on the phone with needed help getting into the unit. Brandon Jordan was on site working on a laptop, and jumped in to help. He along with an engineer from your Louisville location and Keith Lorenz all worked together to get the unit up and running again. Great job to all!!

Wasn't able to export to excel.. Cheryly checked with other resources and suggested several troubleshooting options which ultimately provided the answer.

Bob worked around our schedules and got both laptops updated, then checked to be sure everything was running normally once the updates were completed.

We have to do this procedure on the semi-regular basis. The same questions are always asked each time which I need to repeat each time this comes up rather than just tell AME I need this procedure done again. Maybe better safe than sorry? It is just somewhat redundant on my end. Also whenever I forward the information as an attached email, the recipient can never read it, it never goes through correctly for them on their end. I have no issues attaching emails such as this to others.
