Zabrina corrected the issue promptly and called me to explain what happened. She had me log out of Q360 and log back in and the issue was resolved.

I appreciate both Eric Yardley and Brant Schaefer and their prompt responses to the issue with my laptop. Eric fixed my initial issue and got all the windows updates installed correctly and scanned the computer to make sure no files were corrupt. Then Brant reached out and was able to get the pin number issue resolved so I didn't receive an error every time I logged on to the computer.

Keith quickly made the changes needed to assure that the Syspro / Unipoint services will be restarted when servers are rebooted or after an error.

AME contacted Tim as requested and worked with him to quickly get his Verizon LTE connection re-established. He travels quite a bit and needs access to that connection when he's away from home.

At Hill and Griffith uses key facilitators when dealing with AME, so there is little 1 on 1 with AME personnel. When I have had to deal with individuals to assist when having an issue, there are so good representation and there are some that require additional general networking/ software training.

AME is always helpful, and the fellow that I spoke with last Friday was no exception. He was great.
