Bob seemed as if he just wanted to do the bare minimum to help, he did not want to contact the Harmoni tech to verify the connection, it turns out the connection was bad so the Harmoni tech contacted Bob. They determined with a different ethernet cable that ours was bad. I told Bob the ends were likely not done correctly & Bob said maintenance would have to correct it. I said ok, Bob being a high-end tech, I would have thought he could have just re-done the ends, this did turn out to be the issue. Maybe that is beyond the scope of Bob's position, I am not sure but was dissapointed.
