I was having issues using my camera when I was on Teams calls. The camera wasn't working. I tried to use google to fix the issue myself. Despite my efforts, the directions weren't specific enough to fix the issue. I contacted our AME group and spoke with Avery Anderson. He was so helpful and resolved my issue quickly. (He was always patient and kind and I appreciated that) Thank you so much Avery!

We needed administrative right to a computer used with for one of pieces of test equipment for the equipment manufacturer's technician to calibrate, maintenance and install updated software for the equipment.Bob Sheler got the computer set up in a short period of time to do what the technician needed to do the work.After that, the service call went smoothly.

I had been unable to log into my work computer from home for a few months....the vpn wouldnt work. Todd spent alot of time on the phone with me & helped me FINALLY get it to work again! Then, when I got to work, I couldnt sign in to my work computer. It said my password was wrong. I called & got Avery, who quickly helped me fix the issue. Both were excellent!

Having trouble logging into our training and needing an authentication code. AME agent was able to reset and within minutes was able continue the training session.
