Put a a ticket in for a new employee email on a Monday. Sent a couple of follow-ups. On Thursday sent another request and copied Rob Casy. The email was completed Thursday afternoon.

Our switch went offline on the far end of the building taking down an AP and camera. Anthony was able to get the problem resolved in a timely manner and went the extra mile to explain in detail what went wrong and how he corrected the issue. I always appreciate the way things are explained to me so that I can learn as I go through different issues with the network.

AME helped with a third-party software issue and transitioned my workstation from a desktop to a new laptop. All of my needed software, files and drive access were transferred flawlessly.

Caleb tried very hard to solve my computer issue and tried several different options. Not sure which one(s) succeeded but my computer updated again at the end of the day and is working perfectly today. AJ called to follow up this morning as promised and assured me AME would be available if needed. He walked me through how to reopen the ticket, if needed.

The AME rep did not only solve my initial issue but attempted to fix it so it would not continue to happen in the future.
