PROBLEMS WITH AVANTI, NO CONNECTION. CHECKED WITH CMS, TURNED OUT THAT AVANTI DOES NOT EXIST NOW, AND REQUIRED INSTALLING CISCO SECURE ON MY DEVICE/ DESKTOP, AND AME DID GET THIS INSTALLED AND IS ALL WORKING GREAT! VERY PLEASED.
