Communication can be challenging. My husband is in memory care and cannot manage his cell phone. I wonder if a landline could be possible? The staff are very kind, very caring.

Food is still debatable-sometimes good but often BAD. I hate to complain since there so many homeless and hungry in our society, but sometimes whom ever is cooking should taste his own food-today the tomato sauce for spaghetti was better but al dente noodles were Undercooked-I like this better than mushy but I would suppose that many seniors were ๐Ÿ™.

Unable to contact management because they never tell us who is in charge. Communication is non-existent. Individual people are nice but no one knows what's going on. No excuse for the food.

It would be very helpful if the memory care residents could participate in more activities with the assisted living calendar, especially the movies.911 was called for my husband and no one notified me. There needs to be more responsibility of family notification.A few outstanding attendants need to be recognized for their compassion: Barbara, Juliana and Linda!

So far so good, but it is only two weeks since Gina moved in, so it is hard to be more specific in ratings. I did expect more info โ€” description โ€” of Ginaโ€™s activities and adjustment to The Arbor but overall things seem to be going very well. Thanks!

The food is not acceptable. we have been told on many occasions that it will improve. There needs to be more choices. There is extensive turnover of personnel, You bring an issue to someone and it is never dealt with because that person is gone. These issues must be addressed if Arbor wants to fill all the vacant roomsThere are some staff that are wonderful and caring.however in general Arbor is understaffed.Communication is an issue.
