My only issue is when someone is training me and looking away as I can’t understand what they are saying because I wear hearing aids. Not knowing where to be or which floor to be on is confusing.

There needs to be some autonomy to make decisions within certain parameters at the community level.

I was scheduled for days I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. I told Jauron I was NOT AVAILABLE on any Sundays, Mondays and Thursday. HAVE no clue why I was scheduled nights on those days for the whole month of February. Was also left a voice message that I missed a shift I never signed up for. Please roll back the cameras. I clarified my unavailability for a second time on 1/16/26 @ the front desk with Jauron. I came 1/16/26 for orientation and there were four agency nurses working not a staff nurse. No one notified me not to come in for orientation because there wasn't a staff nurse to orientate me. I also got emails asking me if I was going to work shifts I never signed up for. Spoke to a couple of the employeess that works there and they were also told I didn't show up for shifts I never signed up for. I told them it was not true and obviously HIPPA was not implemented. That shouldn't have never been discussed with other employees.
