The executive director did not know how to lead properly and didn’t give me the pay I deserved while being interim Wellness Director.

My only issue is when someone is training me and looking away as I can’t understand what they are saying because I wear hearing aids. Not knowing where to be or which floor to be on is confusing.

I really enjoy working with you all and my trainer has done an Excellent job with showing me what I need to know about the residents. The other staff members has been excellent as well and very friendly they answered all my questions with no problem.

"SUPPORT" with more of a sense of urgency. Be proactive rather than reactive.

There needs to be some autonomy to make decisions within certain parameters at the community level.
