Small things not being painted properly( surface that’s are not always seen) sometimes I’ll stop on the elevator just because someone has to get out for there floor and it smells of weed heavy never made a note of which floor but it’s happened quite a few times been great here beside the tiny things location is great

The service request was not completed. My dishwasher is still not functioning, and I was not provided with a cutlery basket for it. I was not present for the maintenance / repair, so I can't even say for certain whether anybody came by to repair my dishwasher. I tried running it twice and continue to experience the same issue of water not spraying from the top, or being able to reach the top rack from the bottom.

I would like to clarify that this issue is not resolved, and I am not satisfied with how it has been handled. Since moving to 20 Deerfiled Drive from Unit 1610 to Unit 706 in October, I have experienced repeated issues with the dishwasher. Upon moving in, the initial dishwasher was leaking and had to be replaced after approximately three weeks. In March, an issue occurred, and while the superintendent was efficient in assessing the problem, the technician’s intervention took significant time, resulting in a total delay of about three weeks before the dishwasher was operational again. The current situation follows the same pattern: after reporting the issue nearly three weeks ago, the superintendent assessed it promptly, but there has been a delay in resolution. A technician visited after about 2 weeks, confirmed the issue, and indicated that a part would need to be ordered, with an additional delay of one to two weeks expected. At this stage, the dishwasher remains non-functional, and there is still no confirmed resolution timeline. Overall, I have been without a functioning dishwasher for more than nine weeks within a six-month period, which is not acceptable for a rented unit where this appliance is included. Given the recurring nature of the issue and the repeated delays, I believe a replacement should be seriously considered rather than ongoing repairs. Additionally, due to a particular family situation, the absence of a dishwasher has a significant impact on our daily life. I am therefore very disappointed with the process and expect a more timely and durable resolution going forward.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.The cleaner keeps the building spotless and the superintendent is always ready to help solve any issues that arise.The manager is always ready to listen and help solve issues brought to her attention.It’s an ideal Residence for seniors because of the closeness to a Mall with a great variety of of shops we need. Aldo dental and doctors are available within walking distance.Close to the bus station and soon to be train station.What more could you want.

I am very disappointed with the level of service provided by the property manager. They have been uncooperative and do not seem willing to assist tenants when issues arise. I submitted a claim regarding a payment over a month ago, and I am still waiting for a response.Good property management should be responsive and supportive, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. The lack of communication and follow-up is frustrating and unprofessional. I hope they improve their service and start taking tenant concerns more seriously.

I am really impressed with the service, Dan is really helpful man. He make sure that everything works properly and did his job very well.
