I'm not happy with the possible rent increase over the amount allowed by law. I understand the building had some expenses, but this should already be factored in regular rent.

Laundry is pretty expensive, but other than that everyone here is so friendly, i love it

The rent is too much. The renovations done sometimes don't make the residents life any better but are used as an excuse to increase the rent. The building needs to be cleaned in the evening and weekends as well. Only one person clening in the mornings (very good worker, by the way) is not enough.

ongoing construction work on the rooftop. For the past few months, the noise from this project has been extremely disruptive. As someone living on the 16th floor, the constant drilling and hammering has significantly affected my sleep and overall comfort at home.I completely understand that maintenance and improvements are sometimes necessary, but the noise level has been unusually high and difficult to tolerate

I was assuming there would be a specific time given when i was told they would get back to me within 48 hours, but when i heard nothing after two days i was unsure of when the maintenance person would come.
