I was assuming there would be a specific time given when i was told they would get back to me within 48 hours, but when i heard nothing after two days i was unsure of when the maintenance person would come.

The rent is being increased above the LT guidelines. My apartment is not renovated like the others. I have no extractor fan in the kitchen and an old stove. The carpet is old and dirty looking it’s the original 1970’s carpet when the building was built.

Weed and cigarette smoke is everywhere. Our next-door neighbor smokes constantly 24/7 inside their unit, and all the smoke ends up in our apartment - especially in our kid’s room, which shares a wall with theirs. We can’t even open the windows because the smoke comes in from outside too. It’s awful.The entrance and wardrobe area are full of smoke, and our clothes smell like .... (extremely bad).We’ve complained to Minto so many times since 2023, but nothing has changed. Really disappointed with how they’ve handled this. Tenants deserve better.I'll never recommend Minto because of this experience.

Dave, our superintendent, is incredible! He’s so welcoming, kind, and always has a friendly smile. He went above and beyond when my bathtub needed repairs and is always quick and efficient whenever something needs fixing. I’m so grateful for all his help!

A deeper clean and inspection would probably be for the best; a lot of easy to remove stains were left that a quick scrub with a magic eraser got rid of. There was also issues with the stove burners, the vent cap in a bathroom was hanging. It may also be good to double check if things are booked as my elevator reservation was not booked despite it being said to of
