Amazing tour and customer service

Residents who have resided in the building for a period of twelve years should have their requests for carpet replacement or hardwood floor installation given the utmost attention. Despite making a request seven years ago and following up on it, no action has been taken. Additionally, maintenance issues have been a recurring problem. Residents deserve to have their rent reflect the quality of service they receive. It is unjust that rent increases yearly while service requests remain unaddressed.
