Residents who have resided in the building for a period of twelve years should have their requests for carpet replacement or hardwood floor installation given the utmost attention. Despite making a request seven years ago and following up on it, no action has been taken. Additionally, maintenance issues have been a recurring problem. Residents deserve to have their rent reflect the quality of service they receive. It is unjust that rent increases yearly while service requests remain unaddressed.

Nothing we do is working for rhe bed bugs we have in the unit, we are told to prep for pest control, but they don't always show up even though we take all the items out the cabinet.
