Pest control issue, poor office service and poor maintenance. Nobody is welling to help fix an issue or make sure you have your issue resolved. This is poor communication and service from staffing and management.

These buildings are old and measures should be taken regularly to seal cracks in the foundation and other ways mice enter our homes. Staff should be more responsive and take concerns seriously — It shouldn’t take weeks to have issues addressed. I’ve have maintenance issues from July that have not been resolved. Why have a phone number and online form available if no one responds. The Resident portal is imaginary and should be removed from the website, as it is false advertising. Things could definitely be worse and aside from the unacceptable mice problem, we are grateful to not have had any major issues. No need to reach out, just do better. Happy new year.
