Alicia was very helpful and made it a smooth process. I wish there was more communication from the corporate leasing office ahead of time.

The dates that the painters were supposed to be in my apartment were not confirmed to me before they began, so I did not realize they had been in my apartment until I returned home from a trip. Additionally, I was surprised to see that things in my apartment, such as a large plant that I cannot easily move myself, was moved and one of the windows was open. The staff also left dirt/dry paint fragments on the floor and did not remove the tape and plastic they had put on my appliances to keep them clean (this also made it unclear to me whether they had finished their work or not). Otherwise, it was fine. They completed the work, but they could have done a better job with minimal cleanup after they left.
