Is there an established emergency plan coordinated with the fire dept?

It's a little hard getting ahold of office staff, they hardly answer the phone and if I leave a message I never get a call back.

Larry was there in half a day. He was able to take care of all of the things I needed help with. He is so pleasent. I'm very pleased.

Larry is terrific to work with. Great guy, good attitude and very good at his craft. He cares about the tenant. We are lucky to have him here and he finally has some assistance after carrying the entire loss under Peak Living Management for more than a year. About time he got help he so badly needed. Peak Living Management has to do a better job not Larry!

I was not happy it took over 2 and a half weeks for work order to be completed. It ook over 2 and half weeks from original request to be completed. Second request made 14 days ago was never done. 3rd request was never completed either. I made my 4th request last Friday, which was completed. Strongly Disagree

Larry did a professional job with the maintenance he provided. He is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate him.

He was really nice and fixed the tub quickly. I appreciate it. 1 question: Is it normal when taking the hair clog out of the tub, to put it in the toilet? Just curious because my toilet gets clogged also.

Am I on a list to get a storage unit and how far down on this list am I? Thank you

The oven cleaner had not been completely removed which activated the smoke alarm when I used the oven for the first time. Other than that, everything was great.
