You guys now manager The Mill or The Union in Charlotte NC. I cant get anyone to call me back from the office. This is my last months rent. My lease is up 7/25/26. The portal is not working and now i have no access to the portal. It shows a credit but that isnt correct. I also want to schedule a check out time and date with the onsite team. And i would like my security deposit back after the expiration. I need someone to call me on my cell 7048169884 to discuss and clear this up. I do not want any late fees etc. Would like to get the prorated rent paid for this month, get a walk through check out and complete my contractual obligation. Please call me asap. Thank you.

I saw on the Bluffs at Waterworks Landing website that the floorplan I signed a lease for is being advertised at a much lower rate. I wanted to ask to see if the lease can be adjusted to the now advertised rate of $699/month versus $939/month. I signed the lease back in March 2026.

Dear PeakMade Management,I am writing to formally request a review by the Regional Manager or Regional Vice President regarding several concerns related to my lease at The Bluffs at Waterworks Landing.First, I signed my lease at a monthly rate of $1,069. Within only a few days after signing, the same unit type became available for more than $200 less per month. Given the extremely short time period between my lease execution and the price reduction, I would like management to review whether any adjustment, concession, or alternative resolution may be available.Second, before signing the lease, I was informed that signing on that day would qualify me for a gift card promotion. I relied on that representation when making my decision. However, I have not received the promised gift card, nor have I received any explanation regarding its status.Third, I would like to raise concerns regarding my interaction with Leasing Manager Kris. During my efforts to discuss these issues, I found the communication unprofessional and dismissive. As a resident attempting to address legitimate concerns, I expected respectful and constructive communication.Given these circumstances, I respectfully request:1. A review of the lease pricing situation and whether any accommodation can be offered;2. A written explanation regarding the promised gift card promotion and its fulfillment;3. A review of my concerns regarding staff conduct;4. Hello,I'm an anonymous resident living in one of your properties, and I recently started getting text messages from a deceptive service you use pretending to be human. It's EliseAI, and it's extremely creepy. Their privacy policy implies that they collect a vast amount of data about ME, and share it with 3rd party vendors, and simply by interacting with any of their systems they claim that I consent to all of their terms. I didn't sign up for this service, and I'm pretty sure Peakmade is the catalyst for my apartment complex utilizing this system.I've started reaching out to other tenants and informing them about these AI systems pretending to be human to collect personal data about them. This is especially creepy feeling to me because the complex recently installed new security cameras everywhere, and with how aggressive the EliseAI privacy policy is I wonder if they're getting video feed data to train their AI as well.AI companies also have a history of huge personal information data leaks, partially due to the technology itself being exploitable (LLMs can be tricked into doing things they're not supposed to), and also because of their rapid growth causing them to ignore industry standard security practices. On a personal level many AI companies are also advertising to consumers like me that they are going to put me out of my job.I don't trust this random AI company which has been forced into my life, and I'm starting to doubt peakmade and leaving negative reviews on your property. Please reconsider which companies you're partnering with and how creepy it feels for residents to be spied on.

Hi, I hope you’re doing well. I’m a current resident at The Bluffs and have lived here for the past three years. I recently realized I’ll need to stay an additional year due to unexpected family and school circumstances. Because of that, I missed the renewal date since I originally believed I wouldn’t need to extend my lease.At this time, I am the only one who has signed the renewal. Before both parties finalize it, I wanted to respectfully ask if there is any possibility of lowering my rent rate. Since I’ve been a long-term resident, always paid on time, and truly value living here, I’m hoping we can work out something more manageable for this upcoming year. I would really appreciate any consideration or options you may be able to offer.
