Hi, I hope you’re doing well. I’m a current resident at The Bluffs and have lived here for the past three years. I recently realized I’ll need to stay an additional year due to unexpected family and school circumstances. Because of that, I missed the renewal date since I originally believed I wouldn’t need to extend my lease. At this time, I am the only one who has signed the renewal. Before both parties finalize it, I wanted to respectfully ask if there is any possibility of lowering my rent rate. Since I’ve been a long-term resident, always paid on time, and truly value living here, I’m hoping we can work out something more manageable for this upcoming year. I would really appreciate any consideration or options you may be able to offer.
