There were several additional costs associated with moving out that I was not made aware of until they were incurred. Would’ve appreciated more transparency on this.

I loved living at the Bradley. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities and location are great. I would give it a 5 but a few things stand out that make me unable to. For example, two of my packages were stolen and when I was speaking with Lala she was not helpful, children broke into the apartment complex and there were no protocols in place to address the issue and Nicole waited quite awhile to reach out and I never heard anything again about it. Also, even though I let the leasing office know about adding another car to the lease, it took 2 months to be billed and nothing was done despite paying for it.

Nicole Lewis and her team are just the best. I can't praise them enough. She is so quick and efficient, always a step ahead, cut to the chase, always thinking in your shoes and anticipating what you need, with oodles of common sense that people seem to be lacking these days. She is a treasure! Wish I could stay.

The Staff at the Bradley treated us like family. We were sad to leave them! We loved them so much we referred our daughter and she is now living there. As a military family transitions can be hard but the Bradley staff made it a breeze.

Living here was great. Move out was tricky because I did a sublease/lease takeover so it wasn’t the usual situation. It took a very long time to get the paperwork straight the day of. However it all worked out.

I’m extremely disappointed in my move-out. I turned in my key and selected easy move for $275 on April 22, 2021. I timely paid my rent online via Pre authorization. I’m upset, frustrated and annoyed that after I moved out I was called and emailed by Resident Advocate to “collect debt.” Why??? I don’t know this company and with the Bradley marketing with first name basis - I don’t understand why I’m now being contacted by Resident Advocate like I’m delinquent on payments. And Resident Advocate has called my 75year old Mom during the wkend. When I call them, the voicemail states they’re closed and I’m calling during nonbusiness hours. It’s only been a month since I moved out after no monthly rent payment issues for several years. Why am I being treated this way???? Horrible move out service after I paid to live in a luxury apartment and also paid additional $275 for easy move. It’s a shame because the leasing office is terrific and I enjoyed living there up until the last day - no I’m being treated like I don’t pay my bills and bothering my parents. How am I supposed to know Resident Advocate is legit - horrible choice for a service to say goodbye to longtime residents. This is a shame. Nicole is superb and best property manager. Get her more help and get rid of Resident Advocate.
