Management is racist and only cares about the comfort of white people. The tried to violate my contract. I have email proof.

The maintenance and repair were excellent! They fixed things right away. The neighbors were racist and it was very uncomfortable environment!

Adults only pool!! I love the amenities of the apartments so much, but it’s really hard to enjoy the pool with screaming children constantly. I love the new buildings pool so much, I just wish it was quieter.

After the tour I decided that the problem with the birds and bird poop EVERYWHERE is something I don’t want to live with. Also with no assigned parking spaces that is a dealbreaker.The reviews online are also very negative.

I greatly enjoy living at The Brayden as my first Napa home. I have had a very positive experience considering I am not the biggest fan of apartment living in the first place. My only points of improvement are neighbor noise issues (which is not a fault of the apartment complex) and the valet trash system in the enclosed hallways. The valet trash is highly convenient. However, the enclosed hallways with poor ventilation results in an unpleasant trash smell in the evenings. I did not mind taking my trash to the dumpsters when I first moved in. This is just my preference. Additionally, my guest bedroom does not have a ceiling fan or overhead light which isn’t ideal. Regardless, I enjoy living at The Brayden Phase II and would recommend it to others!

Parking is a nightmare, within a community like this with such high rental prices the parking is the worst! 1 spot for a 2bd apartment, but no further option of free or available accommodations or space to park is crazy! Before I moved it it was mentioned that someone will be in touch for additional parking and coming up on a year without any follow up or solution for parking.

The office was very helpful In the move out process and very friendly.

Beautiful apartments and amenities. Difficult to reach staff or services online or after-hours. No online community coordination. Community events are communicated via email with no links for information like sign-up, cancellation, hours, event details, etc.

Waiting to hear from Anthony. Made appointment and he never showed up said he call on Friday at 3:00pm and never called. Waiting to hear about an issue that started with Stacy in December 2025 and then with Larissa and they are gone

The parking for residents at this property is the only downside to living here. I do not know of a household that has only one car so one designated spot is not realistic. Having to fight for parking every day is extremely frustrating and the only reason we would consider not renewing our lease again. Hopefully there is a solution in the works.
