Waiting to hear from Anthony. Made appointment and he never showed up said he call on Friday at 3:00pm and never called. Waiting to hear about an issue that started with Stacy in December 2025 and then with Larissa and they are gone

The parking for residents at this property is the only downside to living here. I do not know of a household that has only one car so one designated spot is not realistic. Having to fight for parking every day is extremely frustrating and the only reason we would consider not renewing our lease again. Hopefully there is a solution in the works.

Very Nice Living Environment, nice Amenities, Staff very helpful and responsive to inquiries. Water usage based on number of tenants in apt. Garbage one price for all- Not Equal.. Family of 4 produces more garbage than single tenant.. I’m one of 8 billion on earth; one out 339 million in USA. I vote but it’s meaningless. Just one voice of opinion. Lastly, some tenants have no clue of courtesy at roundabouts.Not looking. But that’s Society today, everyone for themselves Yet I still enjoy living here.

I know Management was under going changes, and I did have to call a lot and email a lot to get answers back. And I’m also still waiting on formal responses back still.

My tour person was amazing and I would love to work with him, showed me several units and all questions were answered he’s wonderful

I love living at Braydon the only this that is hard is the parking I feel like sometimes you spend like 30 minutes to find parking

I’ve called Anytime Towing and I’ve had someone park in my parking spot around 3-4 times. Out of these times, Anytime Towing has only came 1x to tow the vehicle. Usually this happens very late at night, so the office is closed. During these instances, there is no other place for my vehicle to park. Where do I park when someone steals my parking spot and Anytime Towing doesn’t answer my calls?I understand that parking is a common issue at The Braydon, but there should be reliable solutions provided for residents, such as an alternative towing company to call. Other than parking, my time at the Braydon has been great, but it’s a very stressful issue for many residents in this community.

Constant harassment from staff and neighbors. The staff is rude. The parking is terrible and there a trash problem.

There are so many hidden and added expenses in addition to rents constantly increasing. The addition on Valet Trash is adding more to what is already paid and harder to manage larger recycling, or perishable shipments.I enjoy living in this community, but this is a big drawback.

Larissa has been awesome and super helpful from our move in to move out.
