There’s no parking. I have to use a trash service that I don’t want and isn’t in my contract. Some neighbors are nice, but many can be very snobbish

Have an issue with my rent. A 3 bed 1477 sq foot unit is $25 dollars less than my two bedroom 1000 ft in my building. Same floor!!!

I have lived at the Braydon for over 5 years. I really enjoy living here and I love the pool area and how responsive the maintenance crew is whenever I have a problem.

Everything is great besides the parking situation. It’s extremely upsetting to see all of these guest parking spaces suddenly become reserved over night. I parked in a guest space one night and came out the next day to the space suddenly painted & numbered, while my car was still parked.

What are you doing to prevent the Swallow invasion?

The speed bumps here are incredibly aggressive, far more so than I’ve encountered anywhere else. They truly are the most unpleasant aspect of both leaving and returning home.

I love living here. I feel safe, it’s clean and quiet. I have truly had the best experience here. I love going down to the pool! I just booked the rooftop deck for my sisters baby shower, we truly have it all!The only hard parts is the parking when I have guests over and I had a package go missing out of the mail room but that could have happened on my front porch too!
