Parking is still an issue. Residents are required to pay additional money for parking passes yet no one monitors vehicles parking on property. There have been several cars parking in spots that haven’t moved in months.

These apartments are poorly built and the rent associated is redo up out for a conplex with “exit” signs hanging on by their wires.The move out charges are also absurd. 400 for carpets and cleaning is not the market price and I know this as I own a few rental properties.
