Kristen was fantastic! She was patient and able to answer all our questions. She took her time and didn’t rush us. After our visit, I had several questions when applying and she was extremely helpful there as well. Thank you!

I love how quick the staff is to recognize issues that impact the community, such as obnoxious neighbors or unsafe drivers, and to take action. Thank you for being considerate! The only unsolved issue that remains after months and months of effort is the bird infestation. The property is being devalued, personal balconies are becoming unusable, there's no sign of progress being made and no regular updates on what the plan is to fix this unsanitary issue. How can I recommend this apartment complex for $3600 a month when there's shit all over the windows, cars, and shared spaces?

The only thing that kept my rating from a five star living experience was the number of dogs. While I love pets, they were all over and as I’m allergic, the dog fur and dander was in the air. And they really destroyed the green grass for a while there. However, I was never upset by seeing them or encountering them. Nor did any barking bother me. Just a mild noticing.

Larissa gave us the tour and she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took time to answer all our questions. She was able to give us a sense of the community at the Braydon.

Stacy, our tour guide (and Manager) did a fantastic job showing us the property and all of the wonderful amenities. The community garden was my favorite.

There is no parking! Many of my neighbors are snobbish and unwelcoming. I don’t mind the swallows, but I do mind the piles of shit. One of the reasons I renewed my lease was because I had permission to bbq on grounds as long as I followed the rules set forth. I followed the rules, but I was told I could no longer bbq. I invested money in a very expensive smoker that I can’t use until my lease is up. Also, it’s irritating that I have to smoke cigarettes off grounds.

Steve was gracious with comments on how well unit was kept up for 5 yrs. No holes in walls. Carpet in bedroom was like 5 years ago, as I my own rugs over the carpet. The stove was cleaned best as possible with 5 yrs baking. The Refrigerator was also cleaned but there 5 yrs of bottle scratches on plastic shelves. Carpet on steps from garage obviously wear n tear. I left unit in very nice shape.

I enjoyed all the amenities the Braydon has to offer. The only downside was the lack of guest parking.

Wish there was more guest parking. Perhaps the second new pool could be an adults only pool!!! And also wish the sidewalk lights weren't as bright. Also hoping our address will finally be on Google maps. . But for the most part very happy !!!
