I'm sure you are tired of seeing this comment but as someone that works very long shifts. Coming home to zero available parking is a deal breaker for me personally. I wish I could call the braydon home for longer. Appreciate everything you all do otherwise

I received clear guidance, staff were available and flexible to work with my move out schedule. They went above and beyond to help me reserve space so my POD could be delivered when scheduled.

Staci only cares about white people’s living comfort and complaints. Many of my neighbors are racist and make living here uncomfortable. There isn’t much parking because many people use there garages as storage.

I was pleased with the amenities offered at Braydon Apartments. The 1 bedroom unit was very well thought out and the finishes are top notch.

Kristen was fantastic! She was patient and able to answer all our questions. She took her time and didn’t rush us. After our visit, I had several questions when applying and she was extremely helpful there as well. Thank you!

I love how quick the staff is to recognize issues that impact the community, such as obnoxious neighbors or unsafe drivers, and to take action. Thank you for being considerate! The only unsolved issue that remains after months and months of effort is the bird infestation. The property is being devalued, personal balconies are becoming unusable, there's no sign of progress being made and no regular updates on what the plan is to fix this unsanitary issue. How can I recommend this apartment complex for $3600 a month when there's shit all over the windows, cars, and shared spaces?
