I absolutely loved living at the Braydon. If my work ever has me back that way I will most certainly stay again!

Love the Braydon! So many highs. Everything that they have in their control and can fix they do and they do it quick and effectively- will always give them praise for that. We love our leasing team!! The swallows situation is a nightmare! I’m sure other residents share the same sentiment. Wish they would offer a courtesy car wash service for the amount of car washes we’re getting and will need to continue to get to the end of summer. Outside of that we are overall happy when we’re not dodging bird feces from the sky.

Amenities are great, responsiveness of staff to maintenance and other issues has been amazing. I think the biggest challenges are parking, and the bird issue.

The atmosphere at the Braydon was amazing. We fell in love with every unit that we saw and all of the amenities that are on the property. Larissa was our tour guide for the day and absolutely killed it, she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the Braydon. We could not have asked for a better tour of the property.

Larissa was amazing! She is very knowledgeable, friendly, personable and an overall sweetheart!

The birds and the parking can be difficult to deal with.
