Simply put; I love living here! The Braydon is not your typical apartment complex, although it is quite "complex" with amenities almost too many to remember. I toured the property in 2019 and have lived here since February 2021, having waited till' the dust settled from the new construction, and have witnessed growth, not unlike a new vine, where after 4+ years, and "Primarily" because of the addition in late 2023 of Stacy, the Braydon's new Manager, and the team she compiled, The Braydon has blossomed into a truly beautiful "community", and aging like a fine Napa Valley wine.Stacy seems to understand that static amenities are what we came here for but the active, "never a dull moment" outlook from her monthly events, constant upkeep of the pool and grille areas, the gathering rooms, and the unique programs that continue to evolve, make it difficult to think you would rather live anywhere else! Just for instance: painting parties, and wellness gatherings with Yoga, Super Bowl party, random Sunday brunch on the roof, our new monthly "Wine Club," you really have to be here to understand how thoughtful this community is run, and what a joy it is to live in a place where meeting and gathering with neighbors is not only encouraged but a total blast because the manager understands that The Braydon, needs to constantly grow, and flourish, which in return attracts only the best new neighbors, which I for one am very appreciative of.A big shout-out to Stacy and her team from your favorite tenant, Richie C!! 😉

I love everything about the property, but sometimes the upstairs neighbors like to stomp around in the middle of the night. Also recently there has been some yelling coming from other units and one morning the cops were here. Also my truck got keyed which isn’t very nice but other then that the property is great

This is a great place to live. It is quiet and peaceful. The management team has done a fantastic job with communication. It is so clean, beautiful and the amenities are amazing. I love living here.

Excellent tour and personal service!

Overall it was very clean and modern. Staff was nice. I love that dogs are aloud and the animal pay isn’t outrageous. Lots of parking it great and a huge factor. I love in house washer and dryer.
