Appreciate the sincerity of staff. Could be better oversight for upkeep of shared hallway / entryways, internal hvac vents, shared refuse area (upkeep…and, often see recycling being used for regular refuse and vice versa) and upkeep and cleanliness of pool furniture and shared recreational space.

Only complaint living on the first floor is how noisy my neighbors are above me.

It’s a beautiful facility and our guide was excellent and listened to what we wanted and showed us beautiful apts Phase 2 main floor feels very cold and not welcoming. It needs a better inside entrance

Alyssa has been great with showing us the property and answering all our questions.

I enjoy living here, there’s so many amenities, our neighbors are very nice and the management it’s awesome!
