I have not had any issues that required maintenance, therefore I have no opinion there. As far as the unit, the property and the staff are all great.

Maintenance service is always great! They are awesome.

Originally did not get resolved but once it was brought to the office attention it was resolved quickly, I appreciated the maintenance man, he was very professional and helpful!

The guys are always friendly

Why would you give me a 800 budget just to ad hidden fees you never talk about to then bring it to 1200 an then charge me a pet fee when I don’t even have a pet

I really enjoy where I’m located. It’s an affordable pleace. Overall the concept is great at this apt. Just need better neighbors. I’m really hoping the hot tub gets fixed this year. (Should be open year round) now that we have new management. I would also enjoy if the pool was open sooner. New management has really been helpful with the cleanliness around here. Unfortunately. There will always be neighbors that are annoying. But things are getting better

Yes ,they went 3 times and the last time they take me other refrigerator,but by that time my food was damaged and had to disposal..iam not sure if the insurance cover that?
