Nobody has come by to repair the water damage in my unit

Recheck all outlets and showers before letting tenants move in

I just want to say thanks for making sure it feels like home even before I was move here

I’ve been here 2 yrs and not one year has this pool been open during summer hoursI am placing a complaint and bad review on the complex in entiretyWe are paying for amenities that don’t existsAnd extremely dirty gymNo pool access during the highest temperatures of the season with multiple and continuous fake excuses of maintenance issues.Maintenance issues that areNEVER addressAs well as a laundry facility that is a lie it has NEVER been open to the residents since I’ve been here over two yearsI will continue to complain, come into the office to speak to the leasing agents in person as well as fill up the online reviews with the worse complaints I can file.Do better the breakers. Pitiful.

There are not enough dumpsters for trash resulting in dirty conditions on and near dumpster areas.

I need my top lock replaced, a new shower head, a blind rod for my room, the kitchen and bathroom drawers need fixing and we could use a new toilet (size) for my pregnant wife.
