My upstairs neighbor was a constant nuisance, Flooding my restroom several times by placing non flushable wipes in the commode. Constant fighting with her boyfriend, several police visits. Trash left on the porch for weeks that fell onto my balcony and porch, which led to the ducks pooping all over my porch.It appeared that my complaints went ignored. I couldn't take it anymore.

I have enjoyed living at this complex. It is a really beautiful area. There are some issues that I have had here, but the staff always manages to work them out. I really appreciate the peaceful environment and the tranquil balcony.

I am disappointed with how my maintenance request was handled. The issue wasn’t resolved in a timely manner and there was no communication saying my ac would not be able to be fixed promptly. Nor was I offered an alternative. I had to call multiple times regarding this. The other issues included in the work order were not addressed. Better communication and follow up would be appreciated in the future.

Cameras in the parking lots would be beneficial

The grill was broken. Neighbors never picked up dog waste. My neighbors did dumb things like leave their patio doors open 24/7 for their annoying dog snd to allow pests into the building. They were also really unfriendly. The particle board counters were in such bad shape they were always making a mess as they fell apart. The view was great from my balcony, but I would always see people leaving dog poop laying around.
