We have been waiting for a new tub since January this year and the manager said working on it seems to be that that's always her answer someone in the office said sometime this week I really don't see why all the Red lights just get it done but you are quick to tell me my lease is up I've been here for a long time you all should take better care of people that's been here for a long time

People does not want to fix the faucet on sink in the bathroom

The location of the complex and the maintenance team are good at what they do. However, there are a few issues. Theres always a smoking scent whenever I enter the house, the vents are always dirty even though I clean them regularly. The bathtub is painted and is always leaving paint particles all over me whenever I shower. Whenever the grounds team comes to blow the leaves the always come between 6-8am and it makes a lot of noise not just for me and the neighbors as well. And then on top of that, its like they aim the dust at our cars and it makes it excruciating to constantly clean and maintain them especially after they’ve just been cleaned.

I called only once. Issue was resolved the same day! A+!

Staff at the breakers were professional, understanding and extremely helpful and kind! Adeline (excuse misspelling her name) demonstrates excellent customer service and make the moving experience less stressful….

Julia have lived here in years now. The rear gate dumpster is utilized by 4 heavily populated buildings so it's always over flowing before the trash makes a run.

I really enjoyed the courtesy patrol he was very nice and helpful
