I really enjoy where I’m located. It’s an affordable pleace. Overall the concept is great at this apt. Just need better neighbors. I’m really hoping the hot tub gets fixed this year. (Should be open year round) now that we have new management. I would also enjoy if the pool was open sooner. New management has really been helpful with the cleanliness around here. Unfortunately. There will always be neighbors that are annoying. But things are getting better

Yes ,they went 3 times and the last time they take me other refrigerator,but by that time my food was damaged and had to disposal..iam not sure if the insurance cover that?

Maintenance was fast, efficient , friendly and professional .

Office staff is wonderful quickly responding with everything and maintenance comes rite the next day I can’t say not 1 bad thing been here 8 years no complaints nothing at all

Parking is insanely bad in the back. You have to walk far to your apartment. Mud that carries into the lot when ever it rains and on to the sidewalks. Green algae all over the inner walls to get to your door. Spider webs everywhere. You’re guaranteed to walk thru one spiderweb everyday before entering home. Other than that and annoying neighbors and trash in the parking lot. It’s pretty good
