We love Brynn and would like to renew the lease forever.It’s Amazing.

The leasing agent didn’t want to take me to the building of the apartment I was interested in so I can see the location and didn’t show me or talk about any amenities, said it would take 2 hours of walking to complete the tour. Didn’t talk about the community or any events, very fague as if she wasn’t interested in leasing to me.

Jewelia was incredible with information, but not overwhelming. She gave kind, warm and welcoming energy. That helped me feel good about the community established there in addition to the apartments and amenities being lovely! A great representative of The Brynn!

The units are very loud and my upstairs neighbor is extremely inconsiderate as they create a lot of noise. I have complained in the past, but they don’t get it. Additionally, the patio lights are too bright, it affects my sleep and contributes to my experience here being very uncomfortable.

Apartments are really beautiful. Amenities are great, especially the gym is outstanding in comparison with other buildings.The tour guide was also so nice and respectful.
