Before I was bedridden I cleaned my vanity and sink. Now I ask to move everything since I am bedridden. She does an excellent job!

Very pleased with Tracy cleaning my Apt. She's a very kind and pleasant person. She knows what she had to do and does a good job.

Tues is my laundry. I put it outside about 3PM and at 8PM Ms. Stone returned it washed, dried, folded and on hangers!!

He asks if help is needed and has offered it.

Jeneva, always willing to help even if not a housekeeping responsibility. My laundry was taken on Friday and has not been returned as of Sunday am. I asked the concierge for support, and she was able to locate the housekeeping staff who are not really responsible, but Jeneva was very willing to make sure my laundry was dried, folded and returned to me.

Beverly is always calm and courteous.

Her work is so good. Happy to have her.

She doesn't miss a corner. Very nice person.
