I would like to take these few moments to recognize the Concierge Staff for their consistently helpful, professional & caring efforts. It is easy to overlook this department as one breezes in & out, however the cheery receptions of each lady at the desk always brings a smile to my face. Their warmth & concern is matched only by their professionalism, and again is truly appreciated.I'm especially grateful to Sharon who assisted me with securing my father's last in-person voting opportunity. As a proud American, it meant the world to us.

Jennel (?) the chef who made my waffle made a wonderful waffle. They were not good before and I would not have them, but I lucked out.

Two terrible meals, Lunch & Dinner. I am hungry, not right! Lunch-turkey hamburger, not cooked. Showed it to main chef. Dinner chicken so hard you could not cut it, the asparagus was so thick and hard who serves asparagus like that? The meal was sent back to the main chef so he could see the terrible food.

Housekeeping & Laundry. No issue. Great service.

He looks for extra ways to help. Always cheerful, happy, smiling. Laundry - perfect folding, magnificent. He should give lessons to the others in how to fold sheets. He hangs clothes in closet.

Spinach Salad was great. Tune Melt - should toast the muffin it is on.
