Tuesday is my laundry service day, I put it outside about 3pm on 7/25/25, at about 8pm Ms. Stone returned it washed, dried, folded + on hangers!!

Jeneva, always willing to help even if not a housekeeping responsibility. My laundry was taken on Friday and has not been returned as of Sunday am. I asked the concierge for support, and she was able to locate the housekeeping staff who are not really responsible, but Jeneva was very willing to make sure my laundry was dried, folded and returned to me.

Beverly is always calm and courteous.

Her work is so good. Happy to have her.
