Overall, our move-in experience has been very positive. Aiden at reception was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the ability to reserve the service elevator made the move much easier. We also truly appreciate Gary’s ongoing support and responsiveness.One improvement we would appreciate is having all elevators back in service, as this would make a noticeable difference for residents, especially during busy times.

The issue isn't actually fixed at all. I have a toilet with the water entirely turned off and a hole in one of my bathroom walls. I have been given no information about what is happening or when any of this will actually be fixed.

The bathroom fan is still not working properly. The service call was entered April 1st and I never receive notification of when someone would come. I went to the desk twice and once Gary was actually there and was informed Chris would be in the next day and a week passed with no one attending. I went down a week later and informed Jenny and Chris came the next day. It was not fixed and still making noise.

We still appreciate the apartment’s layout, the concierge service, and the responsiveness to our concerns. However, issues arise more often than not. The elevator situation is particularly frustrating, and we continue to experience problems with the appliances in the unit.

My overall rating in question # 4 has nothing to do with the recent service request re: my kitchen sink which I rate as excellent. The issue happened after hours and the concierge that evening, Cido, was great - he took my request seriously and immediately called the super on call who came to my unit within 20 minutes and the issue was resolved in minutes.My overall rating in question # 4 is based on the various issues plaguing the Carlisle the last few years: broken elevators that take forever to fix, ongoing heat/AC issues, regular water/power outages, smelly garbage chutes, overall cleanliness of hallways, elevators (especially in winter). I've been living at the Carlisle for almost 12 years now and my first few years here were great but not so great in recent years. I choose to stay because of the location, the Carlisle staff (James, Ginny, Chris, Cido in particular) but I wish the above-noted issues could be dealt with effectively and in a timely manner. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide feedback.
