I am very surprised to get this survey as most service request I do not. For example the five times the doos was painted. The cable banging against the window at 5pm on a Saturday evening, and the four times with no hot water.When Chris comes to fix something we do not receive a survey. We should because he is outstanding

There have been a number of issues that have arisen over this current fiscal year both with my unit specifically as well as the building overall. It would be nice and appreciated if the several inconveniences experienced by us residents could be reflected in a rent reduction or freeze

A lot of issues this year, many times heat has been cut, power, and water. Things are consistently broken and it all comes with an above guidance rent increase

This has nothing to do with the Carlisle. I would not have been here for all those years. It is a great place to live as well as the administration staff.But services deploring. This must be a joke. I received a filthy, moldy, smelly washer in replacement (I am allergic to mold) again of the good one. The person installing it should have verified the machines before installing it. As of the dryer it look the same. I will see if I can disinfect clean the affected parts. .

We aren’t required to have a lease- we are month to month. I find the lease renewal form that is sent each year to be misleading as it makes it sound like a lease renewal is required.

The paint job wasn’t greatThere was hair everywhereIt took me awhile to wash the walls especially the bathroom because of the hairThe glass doors to the bedroom were filthy my husband washed themThe shower head was brokenThe maintenance person changed it for usThe washer hookups need to be swapped as when I do a cold wash the clothes are so hot steam comes outI will be letting the concierge know that I need maintenance to swap the washer hoses as I cannot get my hand in to change them myself

We would welcome some kind of regular residents' forum where there is a respectful two way dialogue on subjects of mutual interest. I understand from long time residents that this has been raised in the past but not retained. Management should not shy away from such dialogue as it builds trust and enhanced mutual respect. This does not mean that Minto can accede to every request and of course has to manage expectations. Having sat on condo boards for years I know how this be managed. It is doable.
