1.Mostly Financial2.Timing or families not ready3.size of rooms not available ex(Memory Care there's no more single rooms available ,Families don't always want the shared space, or in AL wants a bigger space.

Amenities- Special dietary accommodations, more hobby clubs, coffee bar, waterfall in courtyard is not visually appealing.Outdated Decor through community- MC furniture is very stained and needs replaced.Room size for suite- Sister community is larger and same price.
