Everyone has been very welcoming and Polite to me since i’ve started.

I have 4 yrs to the Claiborne and I took care of my residents first! They can first as this is there home. I self taught myself to do all the I t in the building when it came to switches, phones and all vigil equipment and never once felt appreciated. And then this Cindy P comes on board and for her to tell me she dint like me having just met me was a true slap in the face. We have or had damn good workers there it the managers and that team that is not worth shit! For the director luke to tell me I had to work a weekend to take a PTO day was BS I turned in my 2 week notice but that was more than I could take and up and quit and now they have me blackballed from the facility is another slap o well I’m better off. Take a long hard look at the management team over there in 4 yrs I cannot count how many directors I’ve been through yet I stayed hoping it would get better but it never did only got worse sad when you have to fight to get what you need to take care of the resident and what you need to do your job. Now I’m stress free blood pressure is not a problem anymore for my health I’m glad I quit.

Shenika Ledet is a horrible kitchen manager. She talks to employees as if they are her children and does not show support nor does she encourage her staff. Cathy West is the same way along with keeping up mess within the kitchen

Everyone was ever friendly and informative.

When I initially started working at this facility it was very good ! I actually wanted to go to work everyday when given the opportunity! It was never a dull moment there. The past 2 years were hell! Poor management, understaffed, underpaid, unappreciated and down right looked over ! Upper management was poor from the corporate office on down to the managers on site ! I feel sorry for the residents because they are stuck there dealing with everything from rodents falling out of light fixtures in the dining room, broken promises and terrible food selections to say the amount of money they’re paying is for 5 star service. You guys should really be ashamed of yourselves how that company is running ! I stayed as long as I did only because of the bond I had with my residents! I removed myself from that toxic, negative environment and I’ve never felt better !
