Trust the team to operate independently

Pay bills, I don’t like answering bill collectors or having vendors tell me they can’t help because we owe them money, Integrity is one our core values, not paying bills is lack of integrity

My experience at the Claiborne resulted in high blood pressure and then having to quit because as I was having a medical emergency, making my supervisor aware asap and needed to leave her only response was “imma kick Howies ass, now I have to clean all these rooms again by myself.” The state of the apartments when I came in were atrocious, I was forced to take on the slack of previous employees all while being micromanaged and underpaid the amount of work that needed to be done did not match the wage. Residents toilets that I had to clean looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly in years, I constantly got told I didn’t do something right by my supervisor Gerri. The cleaning products provided had no smell leading the residents to accuse us of not cleaning. On top of not having proper supplies the restroom by the IL elevator would need to be cleaned multiple times due to the men’s urinal needing a new pee pad and not having any, so no matter how many times I mopped the floor it did not resolve the issue at hand. The kitchen staff were rude as hell every single day resulting in a poor work environment for everyone due to their nasty attitude and dark energy. In addition to the food being terrible. The sad truth is the good hard working employees were unappreciated and undervalued all while being under paid. I made $13 an hour to clean atrocious apartments for hours with only a 30 minute lunch break, forcing me back into the service industry which is okay now I make the same amount hourly with great tips. I wish the Claiborne would take their poor management more seriously and recognize patterns and turnover rates within certain departments. These people that hold power do the bare minimum, and I feel so horribly for the residents that have to live in these conditions.

Listening to my concerns.

Everything is everything

Keeping me employed but I do think they should raise the pay for CNA’S .

Having open availability.

Everyone has been very welcoming and Polite to me since i’ve started.

I have 4 yrs to the Claiborne and I took care of my residents first! They can first as this is there home. I self taught myself to do all the I t in the building when it came to switches, phones and all vigil equipment and never once felt appreciated. And then this Cindy P comes on board and for her to tell me she dint like me having just met me was a true slap in the face. We have or had damn good workers there it the managers and that team that is not worth shit! For the director luke to tell me I had to work a weekend to take a PTO day was BS I turned in my 2 week notice but that was more than I could take and up and quit and now they have me blackballed from the facility is another slap o well I’m better off. Take a long hard look at the management team over there in 4 yrs I cannot count how many directors I’ve been through yet I stayed hoping it would get better but it never did only got worse sad when you have to fight to get what you need to take care of the resident and what you need to do your job. Now I’m stress free blood pressure is not a problem anymore for my health I’m glad I quit.
