We currently do not have a sales director. Directors are being pulled from other departments that do not need to be pulled from their duties especially with the number of resident and staff concerns. They are not trained for sales. The service complaints and turnover have been circulating in Baton Rouge for years and word of mouth in BR is huge in this industry. The quality of applicants for the CRD role is concerning.
